I deploy AI systems that generate measurable business outcomes, taking ideas from concept to production. My background bridges two worlds: an enterprise leader scaling global teams, and a zero-to-one founder building profitable Data & AI products. At CASETiFY, building the data and AI organization from scratch meant leading a 7-person team to serve over 150 countries. The focus here remains on fully connected data lakehouses and agentic AI. Because building model applications is only half the equation, true success requires laying the enterprise data foundations that make them work in the real world. Alongside my enterprise work, I founded an AI-driven retail analytics platform "Checkafy", building the product from the ground up and scaling it to millions in revenue. Recent Deployments & Impact: 1. Zero-to-One AI Product: Built and scaled an integrated retail data platform powered by AI analytics, driving millions in revenue and proving end-to-end GTM execution. 2. Agentic Commerce (2026): Led CASETiFY’s move into end-to-end AI retail workflows. We deployed a real-time Customer 360 and enabled natural language AI/BI querying using Genie. 3. GenAI Automation: Integrated generative AI across our marketing and content operations, directly contributing to double-digit YoY growth in repeat customer spend with positive RoAS. 4. Production ML: Architected our Databricks Lakehouse and deployed a Marketing Mix Model that optimized a 9-figure ad spend to a 400% RoAS. As a bootstrapped commercial intelligence platform, Checkafy deploys AI agents to replace manual retail data operations for global brands and retailers. 1. Core AI & Infrastructure: Built the foundational data and AI engine. Deployed automated crawlers across retail and marketplace channels, real-time pricing anomaly detection, MAP violation enforcement, and AI-powered visibility auditing. 2. Enterprise GTM & Sales: Secured and expanded enterprise contracts with KAO, Shiseido, Watsons, Fortress, and ParknShop. Advised commercial teams on leveraging AI for pricing strategy, promotional planning, and merchandising decisions. 3. Market Disruption: Scaled the product as a live, fully automated alternative to expensive legacy research retainers. Successfully incubated the company at the Hong Kong Science Park.
