• Continuously improvement of quality system based on the customer specification through conducting quality audit, investigation and failure analysis on the product and process review. • Implement control tools to identify and detect the suspicious units through trend analysing and studies to achieve efficiency and quality output to meet the customer satisfaction. • Work together with Failure Analysis Engineer team to provide further analysis and review on the loopholes area; Propose constructive feedback to customer for further enhancement of the current quality output. • Lead and manage team of operators for quality inspection via training and setting control tool to achieve efficiency and quality output to meet the customer satisfaction through trend analysing and studies. • Initiated Design of Experiment (DOE) and then timely evaluated and monitored the result and report to management and customer for effectiveness. • Ensure new processes or process improvements are in conformance with quality and legal requirement. • Interface with customer on quality issue or complaint, provide immediate resolution plan.
