- Collaborated with PhD candidates and research assistants investigating the role of Galectin-9 antigen on spleen tumour development - Performed paraffin sectioning and mounting for ~200 spleen and tumour tissues - Assisted in tissue staining for immunohistochemistry (IHC) analysis by experimenting with antibodies and DAB stain dilutions - Observed tissue culture processes, including medium changing and aliquoting - Prepared pipette tips, micro centrifuge tubes, and microscope slides

- Observed HEK-293T seeding, medium changing, and transforming bacteria with plasmids - Selected bacteria colonies for bacteria culture to prepare for transfection with pLenti-GFP - Extracted plasmids of four different types from E.
