I've loved driving business value with technology for nearly 25 years. I lead the work to build digital products to create a great customer experience for Gap, one of the largest specialty and internet retailers in the world. Product managers I lead work on ecommerce, payments, personalization and loyalty experiences for Gap Inc's six brands globally. With more than $3B in online revenue, a strong mobile presence and great omni-channel services - Gap is striving to build the best customer experience in retail. In the past I worked in consulting and online marketplaces - in diverse roles including product management, engineering, and project management.
