• Built a 50+ member team from scratch as one of two central leaders; established team structure, recruited team members, and obtained over $10,000 in funding. • Drove the design, prototyping, and fabrication processes of robot subsystems for 3 unique robots each year through the extensive use of SOLIDWORKS and 3D Printing. • Managed the team timeline to ensure that all robot subteams met design checkpoints throughout the year.

• Prototyped in-line methods to autonomously monitor the concentration of aluminum particulate contaminants in vacuum pump lubricant to be implemented on hundreds of pumps fab-wide, significantly reducing future downtime of equipment for repairs and maintenance. • Designed a new system to ensure manufacturing process trackers could be intuitively repaired using Fusion 360 and 3D printing due to 1000+ trackers broken due to improper repairs. • Developed new assemblies to adapt and mount autonomous wafer storage identification tags using Fusion 360 and 3D printing, saving the fab $15,000 - $20,000 per month in hard production costs alone. • Created several engineering drawings to present to manufacturing vendors for quotes, with over 10,000 lot identification tag adapters awaiting approval for production.

General Payload Structural Engineer for Halycon, our rocket engineered to apogee past the Karman Line. • Created CAD models in Solidworks for structures, nosecone-interface, and fluids subteams within Payload. • Developed in-depth test plans for several mission-critical components of Payload.

• Performed rapid testing of chemical/material coatings and lubricants for use in subsea wellhead metal-to-metal sealing technology through product-level cycle testing after meticulous research. • Analyzed test data from over 100 unique tests to identify failure points, propagate trends, and compare coating combination performances to recommend for a successful full-scale qualification test. • Utilized SOLIDWORKS PDM to collaborate with senior engineers and drafters while conceptualizing improvements to test fixture functionality.
