1. Overall lead warehouse department including Goods Receiving, Raw Materials, Finished Goods, Distribution Center (3PL), eCommerce warehouse, MRO room, Chemical room, Cycle Counting and PFEP team 2. Substantial experience in managing over 100 million CNY stock and 100+ people team 3. Extensive experience in setting up new warehouse and material flow design 4. Lead team to manage warehouse daily operation and ensure that all EHS policy and Quality procedures are met 5. Make working instruction and ensure that all standard operating procedures are followed 6. Optimize warehouse layout to maximize the utilization of space and improve the efficiency of material flow 7. Conduct cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy, leading the variance analysis and action plan to improve inventory accuracy 8. Cross function communication on receiving, inventory, production and delivery issues 9. Develop and track appropriate metrics to drive result and ensure continuous improvement 10. Participation of new project logistics solution design, such as Milk run, VMI, BIBO, drop shipment, etc. 11. Participation of Lean activities, such as CCF(Creating Continuous Flow), MMF(Make Material Flow), Kaizen, suggestions, etc. 12. Drive the digital and information transformation, and operation automation to contribute to productivity

* Supervise the receiving of Domestic and International inbound shipments to be received and ensure the accuracy of shipment documentation * Receiving Grief analysis and actions taken * Deliver parts to China multi-plants according to KANBAN system and ensure on time delivery * Packing line management (Sort, repack, label, etc.) * Process optimization and continuous improvement * Organize daily stocking taking and make RCCA in place if variance happened * People recruitment, training, development, and performance appraisal * 5S campaign in warehouse and continuous improvement * Make sure warehouse equipment and tools are always in good condition * Ensure the timely and accurate data entry in SAP system * Ensure a safety working environment in warehouse * Paticipation of new project logistics solution provide(Milk run, H2K strategy extend )

*Logistics and warehouse routine management, including receiving, storing, kitting, issuing, shipping, transportation, IDM, VMI, packing material, chemical, MSD component, etc. *Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures *Optimize and standardize warehouse sofeware, such as Rules and regulations, procedure, SOP *Supervise daily ERP operation and make sure ERP is always in high accuracy for inquiry *People recruitment, training, development, and performance appraisal *Establish yearly and quarterly KPI and lead team members to achieve the KPI target *Tight relation with other parties to maintain appropriate inventory, to avoid slow-moving inventory, to ensure smooth production, to ensure OTD *Conduct warehouse stock taking to make sure inventory accuracy (ABC cycle count, monthly and yearly stock taking) *5S campaign in warehouse and continuous improvement *Make sure warehouse equipment and tools are always in good condition *Conduct periodic warehouse Audit, make sure they are in line with HSSE standard *Improve logistics operation efficiency and reduce logistics cost *Cross functional communication and coordination for abnormal issues solution *Lead and organize new warehouse set up *Paticipation of Barcode system go live
