Job scope: safety and health officer -HSE promotion on site for workers to carry out their tasks safely during toolbox and even high risk works I'd perform a pretask toolbox. -Monitoring workers on their daily tasks and the environment of which they were working in. -Training workers on how to perform their work safely, which the approved safe work method statement or HIRARC for proof of documentation. - Working with main-contractor to help meet the developer's safety and health standards with planning and training. -HSE documentation in place for authority inspections. Job scope: Material Manager (Outgoing and Incoming) -In charge of condition of onsite materials (G.I. Pipe, Main-frame, Peri formwork, C-60 formwork, etc) -In charge of material return as mentioned above (rental return) -In charge of keeping documentation i.e. Master-list of all returning and finalizing master-list of delivery orders to tally with supplier. My task involves HSE auditing from the contractor's: -documentation; CIDB requirements; emergency egress plan; safety/health promotions; site condition; environmental standards applied on site; OSHA 1994 and FMA 1967 minimal compliance; and workers immigration lists.
