Driven by financial acumen, my passion comes from identifying areas of improvement within the operation to induce change that is scalable and repeatable - this is achieved by developing teams to bring out natural leaders who can help move the operation through to a steady state I have worked for both global brands and family-owned organisations and the single element that is a constant requirement for success across all these environments is culture – I drive positive culture change to create high levels of employee engagement through development, mentoring, trust and integrity.
