Served as the primary liaison for Talent Acquisition vendor communication and Accounts Payable (A/P) for interview expense reimbursements, promptly reconciled and submitted candidate expense statements, managed the quarterly accrual process by meticulously tracking all Talent Acquisition (TA) invoices and reimbursements, and collaborated with vendors to establish invoicing accounts in Ariba, ensuring efficient payment processes and fostering positive relationships.

Sourced and supported early-career talent by facilitating the hiring and onboarding of interns while managing key HR processes, including entering and tracking requisitions in the Workday Recruiting system. Served as a primary point of contact for over 100 interns, providing guidance and support throughout the intern experience. Partnered closely with the University Relations Manager and Coordinator to support all stages of the intern employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive and well-organized program.
