* Respond to daily access/security and maintenance facility issues for multiple facility locations. * Ensure work is in compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations. Coordinate, estimate, schedule, inspect and monitor interior and exterior building maintenance and construction projects. * Conduct safety inspections with vendors and arranges for immediate corrective action when a safety hazard is identified at any facility. * Provide on-call, 24/7 emergency response for building systems, building access, and exterior environments. * Provide technical assistance to Facility Manager by reviewing floor plans to identify types of office furniture to be installed, identify structural details, and facilitate electrical/data/telephone installations with IT. * Provides non-IT setup and preparation for events such as company parties, meetings and demonstrations, and reconfiguration requirements in test bays and administrative spaces. * Plan/Track/Report Help Desk calls through JIRA project tracking software.
