Jake Durburg

Jake joined CBRE Capital Market's Debt & Structured Finance Downtown Chicago Team in October 2023. His primary responsibilities include assisting senior producers in originating, underwriting, researching, structuring, and closing debt and equity transactions. Prior to joining the team, Jake spent over 2.5 years on CBRE’s National Retail Partners - Midwest team as a senior financial analyst, where he was responsible for underwriting all retail property types, creating pitch proposals and offering memorandums, assisting in marketing efforts, coordinating due diligence, tracking all retail sales nationally, and other project-specific tasks. During college, Jake completed three capital markets internships with CBRE.
