I’ve always been driven by the desire to explore growth—not just for myself, but for the people and businesses I work with. My early interest in finance stemmed from a simple yet powerful goal: to become financially independent and help others do the same. I began my journey in business development, building expertise in marketing, sales, and operations. These roles gave me a ground-up understanding of how businesses operate and scale. When I joined, we were a 2-member team managing 2 verticals. Today, we’ve grown into a 100+ member team operating across 12+ business verticals, including wealth management, insurance, algorithmic trading, fintech education, proprietary trading, and Smallcase portfolios. We now have 7+ offices, including a Dubai office to support our global expansion efforts. Over the past 4+ years, I’ve played an active role in setting up new verticals, hiring and mentoring teams, streamlining operations, and driving sustainable growth.
