Overall Function As an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team under the general directions of the Management, direct the functions of Manufacturing Operations (Production, Quality Assurance & Technical Service), Materials and Supply Chain, Finance and Accounts, Human Resources, Information Technology and Infrastructure Management activities and is responsible for the attainment of the Company’s mission, business growth and profitability through leadership that inspires our people to efficiently and effectively execute strategic, tactical and action plans in accordance with the values of the organization.

Over all In charge of the P/L of the organization as a profit center head.

Driving initiatives across 12 units around the world in different time zones. Planning and implementing new projects at these locations. Maintaining statutory compliance in all the units w.r.t the local laws. Training the units on the good practices followed in India.
