Key Responsibilities 1. Product Registration: Obtaining approvals for new products or product changes from regulatory agencies (e.g., FDA, EMA, TGA). 2. Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring ongoing compliance with regulations, standards and company policies. 3. Documentation Management: Maintaining accurate records, labeling and packaging materials. 4. Regulatory Intelligence: Staying updated on changing regulations, guidelines and industry trends. 5. Audit and Inspection Preparation: Preparing for regulatory audits and inspections. 6. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating regulatory risks. 7. Labeling and Advertising Review: Ensuring promotional materials comply with regulations. 8. Clinical Trials Management: Overseeing clinical trial applications, approvals and reporting.
