Jacynda Rae Loveres

Jacynda is an Electrical Design Engineer with more than ten years of experience in Electrical Building Services design and more than four years of experience in Digital Design – Electrical Revit modelling. She has designed electrical systems of several residential, hotels, casinos, commercial buildings, offices, data centres, mixed-use development, hospitals, power plants, schools and industrial buildings, defence buildings and establishments in Philippines, Dubai, Bahrain, Qatar, London, Australia, New Zealand and others. She graduated from one of the most prestigious universities in the Philippines wherein she was recognized for being an exceptional student. In effect, she gained good technical electrical engineering background. She has strong grasp of electrical engineering techniques and principles and was involved in numerous projects in the companies she has worked in. She was able to showcase her sound skills in electrical design and high abilities in developing and evaluating complex engineering projects. Jacynda is an organized and motivated professional with wide breadth of experience in designing electrical systems, creating technical drawings (2D and 3D drafting) and electrical calculations. She has produced quality drawings for several prominent projects such as Vanuatu Works Defence Buildings, Dubai Hills Estate Mall in Dubai UAE, Place Vendome Mall in Qatar, New Doha International Airport and One & Only Bahrain. She is knowledgeable in REVIT, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage and Simulate, DIALux, AGI32, PowerCAD, ETAP, Amtech, ConEst, Project Manage, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc), JetStream, Bluebeam Revu, etc. Jacynda has strong analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail and able to work well under pressure in order to meet the deadline. In addition, she is capable of seeing and accepting different points of view and able to adapt to different time schedules and working environment. She can work efficiently independently and as a team and can handle multiple projects simultaneously with high professionalism and accuracy. She works with integrity and provides sustainable design.
