This includes inspiring members, challenging participants to develop their skillset and facilitating a safe networking environment that enables the sharing of knowledge within a group of professionals. Leaders Alliance is a leading executive network with more than 450 members across 25 role-specific networking groups. Together, we explore disruptive ways of working, create innovative solutions, and learn from each other’s mistakes and success stories. Our mission is to empower leaders by providing a collaborative space where they can grow, be challenged, and drive meaningful change — for their organizations, their teams, and their future leadership journeys.

Project aiming to establish a clear overview of the company’s revenue streams, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, and conducting structured analysis of the underlying data. The work included reviewing customer contracts, identifying inconsistencies, and providing recommendations to improve processes and reporting.

Fantasma Games, a provider of content to the global online casino market, took huge leaps during my tenure. My primary responsibilites revolved around financing, strategy, sales, product and growth, with the primary objective to strengthen the company's position and offering. As a public traded company, I also acted as the primary spokesperson in media etc. Activly involved in Fantasma's first strategic acquisition.

As Fantasmas CFO I was responsible for setting up routines and processes for budgeting, forecasting and follow-up of financial and operational targets and KPIs. I also continuously performed analyses in order to safeguard and assure optimal output and traction. Furthermore, I also managed overall accounting, budgeting and controlling for the group. Deeply involved in the company's listing on Nasdaq First North.
