Jack Karkoska

Currently the Membership Director at Cleantech Leaders Roundtable, where I focus on building strong, value-driven relationships that help grow an engaged community of clean technology leaders. My work sits at the intersection of membership growth, strategic outreach, and relationship management, with an emphasis on aligning organizational goals with meaningful member experiences. I bring a diverse background across sales leadership, marketing operations, and business ownership, along with hands-on experience managing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and streamlining processes. Previously, I’ve led national online sales initiatives, supported brand growth through SEO and digital marketing, and managed day-to-day business operations as a co-founder. I’m also an Army National Guard veteran, which shaped my leadership style around accountability, adaptability, and clear communication. Currently completing my Bachelor of Science in General Business at the University of North Texas, I’m motivated by mission-driven work, continuous learning, and building communities that create real impact.
