Implemented innovative strategies and solutions to improve operational efficiencies. Launched multiple programs across two separate departments and 4K+ Walmart stores, and three departments and 400+ stores for Walmart Canada. Managed all day to day and routine projects from item setup to store service escalations. Created labor plans to support sales growth and make recommendations on cadence changes where needed to support sales peaks and new program launches. Built and sustained strong and long-lasting relationships with merchants and store operations to streamline communications within Walmart on product refreshes to the Claire’s program.

Collaborated with the CPG team on growth from a $33M+ sales plan t $60M+ in 2021, including providing guidance and analytics to support key decision-making initiatives. Led comprehensive annual planning process with periodic projection updates for the CPG team. Provided world class support to the Accounting Department during month and quarter end close to ensure data accuracy. Tracked and maintained continuous process improvement and standardization within the CPG team.

Developed metrics and KPIS for a diverse Field Operations Team consisting of 1K+ Field Reps, Supervisors, and Regional Managers. Worked directly with senior leadership to communication performance updates and maintain consistency. Realized a reduction in overall operational costs by $600K+ annually in collaboration with the Director of Operations during tenure. Drove comprehensive support of third-party lines of business, including onboarding and weekly reporting, as well as monthly invoicing. Trained and mentored analysts to improve comprehensive knowledge of business and process management.

Ensured comprehensive optimization of the warehouse network with a cost-per-kiosk cost savings of $300K+ within a calendar year. Evaluated and analyzed effectiveness of route plans through data analysis and communication for 10K+ kiosks. Trained, mentored, and guided new and existing members of the team to maintain consistency. Provided multiple what-if scenarios to Operations Directors and Sale for future operational projects and headcount planning.
