• Responsible for full-life cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, resume submission to hiring manager, setting up interviews and extending offers) at local and national levels for Fortune 500 companies and Startups in Financial Services, Technology, Healthcare and Biotech • Setting up and maintaining headless Linux Servers • Managing Linux, NX servers • Automation scripts for weekly and monthly backups in Python • Handling day-to-day User Administration tasks like adding, deleting, and modifying user data and documenting all user data in a centralized location • Responsible for OS maintenance activities like upgrading the OS, updating services and third party software • Setting up user and group login ID's, passwords, resolving permissions issues • Troubleshooting network connectivity using ping, netstat, ifconfig and trace route commands • Utilize X-Ray searches for passive candidates • Utilize Boolean searches on job boards such as Dice, Careerbuilder, TechFetch, Monster and LinkedIn Recruiter as a direct recruiting technique • Work closely with Hiring Managers for both direct FTE and Contract roles • Exposure to team management • Responsible for recruiting all IT professionals (Java EE engineers, iOS Developers, Systems Administrators, Systems Analysts, Oracle developers, Peoplesoft Admins, Project Managers, Program Managers, UI/UX Developers, Quality Engineers, QA Analyst ,Bioinformatics Database Administrators, Analyst of Audience Insights, Cloud Engineers, etc.) • Responsible for all IT related issues in the entire office, including but not limited to DNS troubleshooting, email migration and account management, network security, setting up LAMP stack and maintaining headless Linux machines, • Extensive work with Maxhire CRM system. • Extensive work with Mac OS X, Windows 10, Ubuntu, and Debian • Responsible for setting up and maintaining all accounts across the company (email, Maxhire, job boards, etc.) • Work with MS Office suite and LibreOffice

• Responsible for the recruiting process from qualification to extension of offer • Responsible for recruiting .NET Developers, Java Developers, Project Managers, Network Security Engineers, QA Architects • Building a pipeline of consultants in Network Security, Project Management, Software Development, and System Integration areas

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and in depth knowledge of Linux, Windows and MAC OS • DNS Troubleshooting • Network security • Understand complex concepts and effectively communicate issues and possible solutions to management • Installing and implementing new software and hardware to include building and maintaining systems • Excellent troubleshooting skills to address network issues and ensure company is always running • Evaluate and prioritize incoming requests based on need
