After picking up additional scope in Product Management and slightly shifting the scope in Finance, I continued to expand my expertise in both. Highlights include: - Conceptualised and led the implementation of an automated Month-End Tracking Process for the entire multi-entity setup, setting up an intuitive and scalable JIRA project with automated and audit-proof workflows. - Coordinated the e2e implementation of a new data-driven upselling motion of AI-based features, leveraging Product Data for targeting and converting customers. From Discovery to company-wide Go-Live, in collaboration with the Principal PM, Data, Internal Tooling and global CSM teams. - Shaped and co-designed improvements and extensions of said AI-based features, leading to significant UI/UX-improvements and better feature performance. - Assisted in shaping the best-on-the-market Accounts Payable product and Advanced Accounting workflows. - Implemented and owned a continuous Fee Audit Process for the biggest company supplier, Mastercard, reducing annual costs by EUR 400k+, following negotiations together with the CFO & COO. - Assembled and led a mini-Hackathon team as a Product Manager during a yearly company get-together, building a prototype of a ML-based Outlier Detection feature for the Accounts Payable product and winning the Hackathon.

As a Finance Working Student at Moss, I deepened my expertise in FinTech, SaaS, and finance in general, contributing to key projects that drove operational excellence and scalability. Highlights include: - Developed an account reconciliation system for the financial services part of the business, reducing unreconciled differences by over 95%, significantly improving financial accuracy. - Owned audit preparations for credit card revenue and issuing/disbursing activities, managing annual transaction volumes exceeding €1 billion. - Gained experience in multi-entity accounting, including a BaFin-regulated e-money institution and a refinancing SPV, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance. - Supported the go-live of an e-money institution (EMI), ensuring readiness for issuing and further payment operations. - Collaborated with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to develop the SaaS platform, contributing to feature design, testing, and QA to deliver seamless functionality.

In my role as a Business Development Working Student, I engaged with hiring companies and facilitated connections between employers and candidates for suitable roles. My responsibilities included presenting candidate profiles, researching relevant job opportunities, and staying informed on the latest job market trends.

At Solaris, I worked in the Dunning and Collections department, gaining valuable insights into the world of FinTech. During this experience, I managed tickets related to chargebacks, customer account balance offsets, and other collection activities. I prepared reports to track and manage negative customer balances, contributing to the digitalization of manual workflows. This included supporting automation efforts, such as streamlining customer outreach processes using platforms like Receeve. I also collaborated with stakeholders and partners, including debt collection agencies, to resolve outstanding cases efficiently.

My school internship at Deutsche Bank introduced me to the world of corporate banking and sparked my interest in finance and investment. This foundational experience not only deepened my understanding of the financial industry but also played a key role in my decision to pursue studies in Financial Mathematics.

After completing my Bachelor’s degree, I chose to further explore the field of Business Mathematics in my Master’s studies. Building on my practical experience in finance, I decided to deepen my theoretical knowledge in Business Financing, Capital Markets, and Investment Analysis. Additionally, I continue to pursue my interest in Algorithmic Game Theory, Machine Learning, and Financial Mathematics.

Wanting to combine my technical talents and analytical skills with practical insights into the business world, I chose to study Business Mathematics. While challenging, the program proved to be both engaging and highly relevant. Over time, I developed a deeper interest in Financial Mathematics, Game Theory, and Algorithmic Mathematics, which I have decided to focus on in my Master’s studies.

After moving back to Moscow from Germany I went to the international German school to get my Abitur (high school diploma) where I improved my Time Management, Quick Learning and Organization Skills
