(Preparing tender documentation, obtaining quotations, and preparing the comparison summary). 📌 Drafting subcontract documents and assisting the senior QS in finalizing subcontract agreements. 📌 Evaluate and prepare subcontractors’ interim payment certificates & draft final accounts. 📌 Re-measurement / site measurement as required at the site. 📌 Assist in preparation and issue of contractual letters to client and sub-contractors. 📌 Create material requirement reports. 📌 Create and update the procurement schedule. 📌 Maintained project materials inventory. 📌 Negotiate with sub-contractors and Suppliers. 📌 Coordinate with the team for clarifications and site execution. 📌 Maintain sub-contract and material supplier’s database. 📌 Coordinate tasks with other employees and internal departments.
