Assisted underwriting efforts to assess the risk profile of potential clients - considering industry trends, track records, and historical stability. Conducted market research and competitor analysis reports to identify investor preferences, market gaps, and sector trends - informing the creation of targeted marketing materials for prospective investors. Developed complex financial models, namely waterfall structures, which enabled accurate and efficient calculations of cash flow distributions and investment returns.

Served on the executive board as VP of Finance. Main duties consist of maintaining the budget, overseeing financial records, and planning for various expenses.

Asset Management Analyst on the Hotel Team. Assisted in the management of a portfolio of performing and non-performing loan assets, with a focus on hotels, as well as being responsible for helping to provide analytical analysis on the workout of nonperforming mortgage loans and the resolution of performing loan issues. I helped to analyze alternative workout scenarios using NPV analysis and shadowed in negotiations with borrowers for performing and non-performing loans.

Main responsibilities included overseeing sales, promotions and campaigns, helping to prepare sales budgets and projections, handling and resolving customer complaints, and determining price schedules.

Main duties included generating and analyzing various financial reports, taking notes during meetings with investors, preparing and presenting financial statements to supervisors, and assisting with audits.
