Our team provided DVINE Experiences with strategic consulting to support its regional franchise expansion and digital transformation. This included a phased growth plan, market analysis of tourism trends in Australia and New Zealand, tailored digital and operational recommendations, funding strategy through VC and public grants, and a risk assessment with mitigation plans. The project aimed to help DVINE scale sustainably while staying aligned with its brand values in eco-conscious and experience-driven tourism.

• Conducted targeted research and developed tailored business proposals for Hansen Orchards, focusing on strategies to support their expansion and long-term growth. • Collaborated closely with team members to deliver practical, research-based recommendations, resulting in a high-quality consulting report that received Distinction in the final assessment.

As part of the International Student Leadership and Ambassador (ISLA) program, I’ve engaged in a wide range of training focused on leadership development, intercultural communication, Aboriginal culture, and project planning. Guided by mentors from the City of Sydney, I work closely with a diverse team of student ambassadors to create and implement community-focused initiatives that foster diversity and inclusion. In this role, I also served as Project Leader for a Financial Literacy and Scam workshop, where I coordinated the campaign to equip international students with practical knowledge and resources to navigate everyday challenges. This experience has sharpened my leadership, communication, and organisational skills within a multicultural context.

Short-term Program

Participated in Professor KHOO BEE LUAN’s research team, focusing on a microfluidic chip-based rapid disease detection project. Contributed to the research and development process and was awarded for Outstanding Graduation Thesis.

• Food science expert, participated in the research and development of salt-reduced hot pot base, and published 1 paper and applied for 2 patents. • President of the Science, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association – organised student events on food R&D and university-industry collaboration. • President of the Speech and Eloquence Club – led club activities and university-level speech competitions.
