I am the CEO and co-founder of Pain Plaisir, an artisanal bakery where we have been producing fresh sourdough bread every day since 2013. My passion for cooking began at the age of 14. I received my culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris from 2008 to 2009, followed by two years of experience at a three-Michelin-star restaurant.
