Selected as the Activity Week Leader in ESTIEM, Europe’s largest IEM network. I’m responsible for organizing one of its most prominent cultural event types, bringing together students from 28 countries, 78 universities to develop cross-cultural exchange and connection.

Executed market research and competitive analysis in a high-growth sector generating over 350 Billion TL in annual premiums, providing data-driven insights for product strategy and development decisions. Supported strategic product management for non-life insurance, contributing key analysis and reports for a major bank serving 6+ million customers.

Fundraised 2M+ Turkish Liras and built partnerships with 50+ companies, elevating team funding and global presence. Led Turkey’s first and only team accepted to design and compete a 4x4 off-road car in Baja SAE USA, achieving a historic milestone in 50 years.

As a Finance Specialist at Bellatrix Space Team, I was responsible for budgeting, sponsorship outreach, and financial planning for projects. During my time, the team became the first and only Turkish team accepted to NASA’s HERC and received the prestigious Artemis Educator Award.
