I am a Chartered Engineer and water industry professional with more than fifteen years of experience across construction, shipbuilding, facility maintenance, and the water utility sector, where I have built my deepest expertise. Since joining LAKU Management Sdn Bhd in 2010, now Sarawak Water Sdn Bhd, I have progressed through increasingly senior roles, developing a comprehensive command of water supply design, operations, maintenance, geographic information systems, and stakeholder management. As Senior Manager of Operations at our Northern Region Office in Miri, I oversee water supply operations across Miri, Bintulu, Limbang, and Samalaju, ensuring reliable service delivery and sound asset management across a geographically demanding region.My work is grounded in a belief that strong operational governance, disciplined reporting, and the early identification of risk are what keep communities supplied with clean and dependable water. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) and a Master of Business Administration from Open University Malaysia (OUM), and beyond my operational role I am a Life Member of APTT, having previously served as its Secretary, and an Assessor for the Malaysia Board of Technologists.
