Main focus: Development and production of mother & baby textile accessories, mattresses and home textile Main responsibilities: -Active participation in the arrangement and launch of a newly started production facility -In charge of product introduction and training of factory supervisors -Selection and development of new products in order to expand the existing range -Active participation in the creation and design of a new product. Combining colors, fabrics and accessories -Maintaining relationships with foreign and local suppliers to ensure the regular delivery of materials -Arrangement of lab testing according to EU regulations and ensuring full compliance of new articles -Calculation of labour cost and final product cost -Analysis of the product and price fit on the market -Production planning based on stocks and sales, capacity and upcoming seasons -Following weekly expeditions to ensure all products availability in the warehouse

Main focus: Development and import of mother & baby textile accessories and toys Main responsibilities: -Conducting trade negotiations with international suppliers -Obtaining quotations and setting up comparative worksheets for analysis -Selection and introduction of new products -Market research and improvement of the product range -In charge of collection development, design implementation and production of textile accessories -Ensuring each product compliance with EN standardization -In charge of product data base and descriptions, packaging development and marking -Examination and confirmation of the final product and packaging according to the European legislation -Monitoring the entire purchase process and relevant documentation as per company’s policies and procedures -Work in close cooperation with Sales, Logistics and Marketing departments in the process of brand and product development -Ensuring proper product presentation at the brand`s catalogues, B2B platform and showroom -Monitoring current sales & stocks and placing regular production orders of all articles -Inventory optimization of warehouse stocks

Main focus: Development and production of limited collections for fashion start ups and small brands Main responsibilities: -Daily communication with customers and active assistance with design development -Creation of technical drawings and descriptions -Examination and confirmation of all samples according to agreed specs -Providing material consumption sheets and relevant information for cost calculations -Ensuring the proper preparation of production materials and worksheets -Monitoring production deadlines -In charge of shipment and packing documentation
