Before joining Shell, Inge was head of Organizational Effectiveness at Maersk Oil in Copenhagen where she lead the team responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of global HR processes like Talent Mgt, Performance mgt, Strategic Workforce planning, Recruiting and Learning. Before joining Maersk in November 2013, Inge was Managing Director at Accenture, where she worked for 15 years in the Oil & Gas industry, Chemical Industry and Utilities. Next to her work at clients, Inge is a speaker at conferences on topics like Employee Experience and future workforce and has published weekly blogs on Change Management.
