ACHIEVEMENTS - Successfully negotiated long-term agreements with key suppliers for M&E, realizing RM30 million in cost avoidance from 2018 to 2024 by securing favorable terms and preventing price escalations. - Led negotiations that resulted in a RM29 million savings on electronic security services by securing a reduced monthly rental agreement from 2018 to 2022, significantly lowering operational expenses for the company. - Implement Total Lifecycle Cost in tender evaluation process especially for supply of major equipment for better visibility on overall ownership cost. Achieve cost saving of 10 to 20% on energy by selecting energy efficient equipment. - Played a central role in the implementation of SAP modules and the integration of eProcurement systems, driving digitalization transformation that improved procurement efficiency and streamlined operations across the organization. - Utilizing data analytics for data-driven insight in decision making, strategic planning, spend optimization and risk mitigation.
