Managing five mainland and free-zone warehouses with more than fifteen thousand pallet positions and a team of about fifty colleagues, I provide end-to-end oversight of inventory, production feeds, and outbound logistics. A core focus has been the introduction of Dynamics 365 WMS and a leaner warehouse layout that, together, lifted pick accuracy and freed valuable space without additional capital spend. I chair emergency-response drills, upgrade security and CCTV protocols, and maintain full compliance with ISO, OSHA, customs, and free-zone requirements. Weekly dashboards covering turnover, service levels, and shrinkage give the executive team real-time visibility, while close collaboration with Procurement ensures that racking, material-handling equipment, and safety services are sourced competitively and maintained to the highest standard.

Across a network of integrated facilities, I harmonized Microsoft Navision with the ITMS warehouse-management platform and embedded a 5S culture that aligned procurement, manufacturing, and outbound logistics. Lean kaizen workshops streamlined the pick-to-ship cycle, while an ABC cycle-count programme underpinned near-perfect inventory records and fed into capacity and CAPEX planning. I steered bonded-warehouse controls, export documentation, and customs clearances, and introduced RF scanning for traceability and paper-less operations. Partnering with Procurement, I shaped forecasts, negotiated high-value contracts for racking and forklifts, and helped secure LEED certification through the “green warehouse” initiative.

Tasked with building the operation from the ground up, I configured Navision inventory modules, barcode workflows, and a KPI suite that tracked order cycle times, utilization, and accuracy. A redesigned layout increased pallet density while preserving safe aisle widths, and the introduction of a formal HSE committee delivered flawless civil-defense audits. I negotiated transport and courier contracts that reduced spend without compromising service, developed quarantine protocols with Quality Assurance, and coached a large workforce through the transition from manual logs to fully barcode-enabled processes—establishing the performance baseline for the group’s later expansion.
