-Collaborates closely with the Communications Director to engage and support SBF management in delivering impactful and targeted communications for both internal and external stakeholders. -Develops and delivers SBF commercial brand assets that reflect the organization’s identity and strategic vision. -Provides strategic and operational support to the events sector, including the identification and development of sponsorship opportunities to enhance visibility and engagement. -Designs creative visual content, including artwork, layouts, and report templates that align with brand standards and communication goals. -Creates engaging and on-brand social media visuals tailored to platform-specific audiences to drive online presence and interaction. -Leads the drafting, coordination, and execution of integrated communication plans, ensuring message alignment across internal and external channels. -Develops and manages media campaigns targeting external audiences to elevate brand awareness and public engagement. -Conducts a comprehensive annual review and enhancement of the SBF website to ensure accuracy, relevance, and user experience optimization.

• Supervise teller staff, assisting in the coaching, training and the development of tellers. • Assists tellers in solving member problems, serving as an operational reference. • Ability to step in for the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager. • Audit ATM on a daily basis as well as cash drawers.
