In my role as an HR Recruiter at Gratitude India in Delhi, India, it was an enriching experience. Over the span of a year, from June 2019 to May 2020, my main focus revolved around overseas hiring, with a specific emphasis on recruiting candidates from the Philippines, particularly for the BPO sector. Here's a breakdown of my contributions: Candidate Search: My primary task involved actively sourcing and profiling potential candidates, with a sharp focus on identifying top talent in the BPO industry, primarily from the Philippines. Interview Coordination: I efficiently managed interview scheduling and provided essential support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience. Candidate Preparation: A significant part of my role was dedicated to thoroughly preparing candidates for their interviews, empowering them to effectively showcase their skills and potential.
