1. Realize the conception of owner into conception design 2. Transmit conception design to Design Institute and control DI to realize it into preliminery design and detail design 3. Negotiate and choose Design institute, Supervision company, contractor, vendor etc, and sign the contracts; 4. Authority permission application 5. Construction management, including schedule, cost, quality, saftey. Coordinate all participants of project. 6. Organize final acceptance by owner and authorities. And turn-key.

1. Check and guarantee quality standard 2. Manage the time schedule of civil parts 3. Cost control on civil parts 4. Manage the sub-contractor of piling, civil, decoration, facade and landscape. 5. Join in the final acceptance and make Maintenance manual.
