• Co-ordinate with IMEX, Warehouse and QA for imported material receiving and control both physical and system, report to Customs for all cases of difference between Customs-declared data (item code, quantity, quality) vs actual • Co-ordinate with Production and F&C for monitoring and reporting of material usage, update and reconcile for each PO and report the actual norm on the monthly basic (both SAP & ECUS) • Working with internal and external for any case material need to change purpose of usage from export production to production and trading - for local sale • Co-ordinate with Production, SHE and IS for monitoring and reporting of waste generated and treatment (quantity, supporting document, treatment flow and practice), reconcile on the monthly basic • Co-ordinate with F&C and Warehouse for monthly stock count, data analystic to reconcile the Stock-Usage-Delivery Monthly Report • Internal control document receive, transfer, usage, write off and all related supporting documents • Internal audit and ensure stock accurate • Co-ordinate with planner for material usage, stock and material change purpose of usage • Co-ordinate with others department for new product development which have material usage in scope of import material • Co-ordinate with others parties for implement imporvement opportunities • Other tasks assign from line manager

- Member of Esquel Logistics Solution Specialists: Support EEL (Esquel Enterprises Limited HongKong) figure out logistics issue & coming up the solution to solve trouble, consolidate logistics informations of 3 factories on VN site to report for Managing Director. - Suggest ideas and improvements for the department. - Working with import-export team leaders & related departments to execute Logistics's projects. - Organize the internal training classes (RPA, VBA, power BI,...) for Logistics & other departments. - Coordinate with other departments in the company to complete the work, to ensue efficiently and timely - Be responsible for record all related document following ISO - Apply technology (VBA , RPA , SQL, Power Query, Power BI...) to minimize human error, save time & improve accuracy.
