Key Responsibilities: - Providing strategic recommendations to the Board, CEO, and other senior management team members. - Advising on long-term business and financial planning. - Cash Management. - Providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team. - Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting. - Ensure the credibility of the finance operation by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets,financial trends, and forecasts. - Identifying and addressing financial risk for the company. - Ensuring legal and regulatory documentation is filed and monitor internal controls and compliance with laws and regulations. - Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders. - Managing internal and external audits. Key Responsibilities: - Providing strategic direction. - Monitoring company performance. - Ensuring that financial controls and systems of risk management are robust and defensible. - Ensure that the company accounts properly to its shareholders by presenting a true and fair reflection of its actions and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities: - Oversees the Finance & Accounting function of the Health Department within the Shafts. - Oversee Financial and Accounting system controls and standards used by the Shafts. - Ensures timely provision of Group financial and statistical reports for management. - Ensuring that all accounting functions are accurately and effectively fulfilled. - Working with Shafts and Hospital Finance Managers to prepare budgets, forecasts and other financial plans. - Working with all Shafts and Hospital Finance Managers to ensure that their individual budgets are managed for the most effective and efficient use of financial resources. - Liaison with the Shafts to ensure that there is prudent financial management; that they maintain necessary facilities with the banks and that such facilities are competitively priced. - Liaison with external auditors to ensure that audits are properly planned, carried out and that financial reports are prepared within set timelines. - To collaborate and coordinate the activities of outside suppliers of financial services hired or contracted by the Shafts, including accountants, auditors, financial consultants, etc. - To carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Group CFO.
