I am Holistic Hilda, a kind of Dora the Explorer for health. I travel the world exploring ancient health traditions to help restore the energy and vitality of humanity, especially moms and kids. I have put together The Mother Code: 6 Habits for Endless Energy course to encourage and inspire moms to show up for themselves and their family as the healthiest version of themselves. It's based on ancient health traditions that can applied in our everyday modern lives to optimal wellbeing!
