Project: ‘Investigation of adherence of stem cells on endotoxin contaminated dentin’ - Funded by American Association of Endodontists Foundation, USA • Contributed to a team of endodontists studying adherence of stem cells on endotoxin contaminated dentin and analysing efficacy of Dexamethasone releasing nanoparticles to rescue the effect • Found that endotoxin inhibits adherence of viable stem cells on dentin and can be overcome by conditioning dentin with Dexamethasone releasing nanoparticles • Provided substantial evidence on efficacy of these nanoparticles and their potential use in regenerative endodontic procedures
