Seconded to the Cooling the Tube Programme for London Underground Limited as a Project Manager for the multi-disciplinary upgrade works of four Victoria Line Mid Tunnel Vent Shafts. This role involved development of procurement and contracting strategies, procurement of the designer, the build contractor and miscellaneous work packages. Project Manager's responsibility for the detailed design contract including programme and cost control, contract management, managing the design assurance process within London Underground Limited, co-ordination of various work package interfaces and liaison with stakeholders.

Supervising Engineer in Project Management Team of King's Cross - St. Pancras Redevelopment Project. This role involved management of the Principal Contractor and permanent works Designer for the new Northern Ticket Hall and responsibility for the overall civil design co-ordination, design assurance of temporary works (LU and Network Rail assurance process) and commissioning of 2 no. programme critical Tower Cranes. Supervision and co-ordination of construction activities which involved close liaison with Third Parties (Network Rail, English Heritage, Station operation, Local Authorities etc) and quality control, programme control and management of mechanical and electrical enabling works within the operational King’s Cross station.
