Perform a trend analyses on a series of energy supply points with can both supply and collect energy (e.g. solar panels). Information is collected over several years in one ‘big data’ file. Most energy supply points differ in what they supply and collect. Using Python to transform the big data file into generic data-sets for analyses. Using R(studio) to perform time series analyses and clean-up for seasonal influences and/or correlate the several energy supply points. Using Knime to explain the steps taken (not everybody is able to read R-code).

COA wants to be more ‘agile’ towards the political strategies. Using Archimate as reference we were able to identify the core business service.

Information analyst for the SSIP platform.

* Realization of the Output Management Voorziening (OMV) for Gemeente Amsterdam. * Gemeente Amsterdam acquired Streamserve of OpenText trough a public tender as a SAAS. OMV is meant as a service for all communication channels from gemeente Amsterdam to their citizens. OMV has to be connected to over 40 applications. * setup the requirements for the final acceptance of the service * perform the acceptance test together with the test manager * setup the connection criteria for application to connect to OMV * setup maintenance processes * setup tender criteria for new applications which must connect to OMV * setup tender for a service for digital signed documents.

* Interim Manager Development. * Coordinated the technical development of Cyber Security, the new Maritime service, which results in better security of the IT equipment on board of the vessels. * Led pan European, cross functional team in the fulfillment of quality and objectives - * France: network infra and 3rd party Cyber Detection; * Norway: UI design; * Netherlands: Front end development; * Serbia: Back end development. * Collaborated with the PO in developing new processes (BPMN). Lead architect and software programmer on a woven cloth simulation system. The system was aimed for textile designers to be able to design the cloth patterns with a wide variety of yarns and colours (which is very common nowadays).

Perform a Requirements Management Scan on the IV-process of NSR

Together with IT-architect's and military experts responsible to layout a course for the next 5-7 years for the development of high end, integrated, command and control applications of the Royal Dutch Army.

* Process and information analyses. * Initially part of the architecture team to set-up the reference architecture for the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) according to the DYA model. * Next prepared the RFI and RFP for both a CRM and Financial system by gathering the requirements and architectural needs. * Guided the implementation of the CRM (SageCRM) and financial system (Oracle EBS) by uni-forming the processes over all 13 Chambers and refining the requirements.

* Harmonising the Specials department. * The Specials department is responsible for all, non SAP, software i.e. Website, specialised software packages, technical installations like WKK etc. * Responsible for career plans, business plan for the future of the department.

Reorganisation of the Electrical and Software Engineering department Three distinct departments, form former acquired companies, moulded into one single department. Set up plans with the engineers tot harmonise the E-plan drawings, Generic software engineering standard with traditional ladder programs and the new Beckhoff PLC programming. Created a generic architecture for the new filling machine. But most important harmonising the individual knowledge per machine type into a department generic knowledge so each engineer has knowledge of all the machines types sold by Stork FDS.

* Based on the results of the Le Blanc Advies Requirements Management Scan created a plan on how to improve the requirements management/engineering at NedTrain. * According to the plan, * Set up guidelines according to the j-std-16 and NEN-ENG-15380, so NedTrain engineers are able to do a more sound analyses the train overhaul requests form the NS; * Coaching the requirements engineers in elicitation and transformation of the overhaul requests into (functional) requirements; * Coaching the (sr) engineers on the transformation from functional requirements into architectural solutions.

* Lead Specifier on project BRP * Basis Registratie Personen" (BRP) is the folow-up of the current "Gemeentelijke Basis Administratie" (GBA). * I am responsible for the team specifiers as Scrum Master to delever the features and stories for the developers.
