- Provide strategic, technical and operational inputs for the design development and implementation of Thailand's data and research initiatives - In coordination with RDH, review and endorse research outputs before publications. Work with RDH to develop tailored data and evidence analysis on specific issues to support IOM and its partners' policy analysis objectives - Strengthen IOM's engagement with government's counterparts and UN partners - Support the recruitment, training and direct supervision of MDRU staff - Liaise with IOM colleagues (DTM included) to support dissemination of information and global DTM initiatives - Ensure strict adherence to IOM data protection principles across all programming interventions - Represent IOM and participate in national fora on migration and mobility

Under the overall supervision of the Labour Migration and Social Inclusion Unit, IOM Georgia, my responsibilities include: - Develop a methodology for data collection (quantitative & qualitative) to assess the sustainability of reintegration of return migrants in Georgia and Armenia. - Develop a methodology for data collection to produce a feasibility study for deploying the knowledge and skills of returnees for training local youth and adults in Georgia - Develop the reintegration studies and feasibility study

The project aims to understand the role of (governmental and non-governmental) administrative data in estimating prevalence especially in TIP in collaboration with ILO, UNODC & University of Georgia's Center on Human Trafficking Research and Outreach (CenHTRO). The main activities include: - Mapping of existing guidance material and methods on prevalence estimation techniques, with a focus on techniques used to estimate population of victims of trafficking - List of recommendations and/or useful considerations on how administrative data can be used to generate, support, and/or complement prevalence estimates

In coordination with the SADC Statistics Unit, the Member States and IOM: - Lead the development of practical harmonized data collection instruments in line with the regional and international instruments to support collection of disaggregated migration statistics - Assess and recommend data sources such as census, existing surveys for the collection of data - Draft harmonized data collection tools such as questionnaires or other appropriate mechanisms to capture current state of data collection tools available and administered by Member States and the current state of migration data collection tools in Member States - Conduct desk review and KIIs with relevant stakeholders on existing institutional arrangements, data collection methods and techniques in use by Member States and regional actors.

Under the overall supervision of the Head of the Protection Division’s Assistance to Vulnerable Migrants Unit and direct supervision of the IOM Programme Coordinator in Geneva, I will: - Carry out a review and a validation of the data provided by the ECOWAS members - Develop an overview report on the state of administrative data on trafficking persons in the ECOWAS region - Liaise on technical issues with the African Union STATAFRIC.

I support IOM to develop the Lao PDR Migration Profile I lead the following activities: •Conduct data mapping and analysis using desk review and KIIs. Draft data assessment report. •Develop three data collection methodologies and toolkits •Prepare a training manual on data collection, analysis, and reporting •Develop the Migration Profile of Lao PDR

I led and oversaw the implementation of the research project. The purpose of the assessment was to collect data on migrant workers based in three locations (Almaty, Shymkent, and Nur-Sultan) using IOM DTM tools. In particular, it collected information on their sociodemographic characteristics, migration decision making, and experience with unethical recruitment practices. A final report is available on IOM KZ website.

In the framework of the EU-China Dialogue on Migration and Mobility Support Phase II (MMSPII) Project, I produced a discussion paper that provides a background and overview of Chinese irregular migration in the European Union (both in terms of flows and stocks).

I worked with the Document Examination Support Center (DESC) Team of the IOM's Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (ROAP) in Bangkok. The DESC initiative aims to assist participating countries in curbing transnational organized crime and preventing irregular migration. The scope of my work included: • Review the Verifier TD&B online dashboard of 8 pages using dashboard assessment matrix • Propose and design a new dashboard (mock-up and final version) using PowerMockup, Excel and Power BI • Organize and lead a webinar to introduce the new dashboard to the end-users (audience: immigration officers in South Asia)

Research, administrative, and technical leadership implying activities such as: - engaging in fundraising through research projects in fields relevant to the university - initiating and contributing to the teaching activities of the ERCE (at BBA, MBA, and DBA levels) - contributing to the dissemination of the ERCE's research results to the international community - coordinating outreach activities (publications, workshops, seminars) in fields relevant to the university - carrying out research projects and publishing in international academic journals

In collaboration with AFFORD and Grdr Migration-Citoyenneté-Développement, I: - Develop a strategy for outreach to the Guinean Diaspora in France, Belgium, Cote d’Ivoire, and Senegal. - Conduct outreach to engage and sensitize the Guinean diaspora active associations/networks in the four countries of interest - Gather information on the demographic and socio-economic profile, needs, and expectations of the Guinean diaspora towards contributing to the socioeconomic development of Guinea

UNFPA is partnering with DRC's 4Mi to extend a project on the service needs of young migrants in three urban transit hubs in West Africa, including Niamey (Niger), Bamako (Mali) and Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso). The scope of my work included: - Work closely with 4Mi and COs for timely and efficient implementation of the project - Coordinate the review and data analysis process at regional and country levels - Write the regional report - Manage partnerships with governments and key stakeholders - Lead the organization of regional program integration workshops

Research on the determinants of refugees and migrants' aspirations to move onward in Libya - Data analysis (4Mi database) The scope of my work included: - Carry out desk review, data cleansing, management and analysis of a dataset (6,000 observations, 135 variables); advanced statistical analyses (conditional McFadden logit model) - Profiling of irregular migrants and asylum seekers based in Libya and mapping of migration routes (Central Mediterranean Route); decision making of onward migration to Europe; drivers to mobility/immobility, including the role of smugglers and protection abuses
