Helena Birkholm

My academic background in sociology and social sciences has equipped me with a good understanding of ESG principles and a user-centered design approach. Through my experience collaborating with diverse groups of people and leading innovative projects focused on creating positive impact, I have developed expertise in partnerships, stakeholder management, project management, and effective communication. As the Managing Director of HackYourFuture Denmark, I'm committed to our mission of supporting asylum seekers, refugees, and others facing barriers to education and the job market in Denmark. Through our volunteer-led learning program, community, and partnerships, we empower people with the skills needed to secure tech jobs. HackYourFuture addresses two interconnected challenges: the tech industry’s need for skilled talent and the barriers many face in accessing quality education and employment opportunities. We're dedicated to supporting talent and promoting diversity in Denmark's tech industry. Interested in supporting our mission or hiring a new team member? Let’s connect!
