About
Heather is founder of Caspian Agency, a worldwide strategic conference agency and production company. She is also a dynamic speaker, MC and consultant. With a roster including Skoll Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Omidyar Network and Oxford University, Heather has developed a methodology to create a multi-year "event business plan" which helps organizations leverage events for maximum impact and results - over time.Additionally, Heather founded The Impact Lounge in 2024 which brings Changemakers and Filmmakers together. The Lounge debuted at the Sundance film festival with panels, discussions and networking. It then headed to the Cannes Film Festival to host a panel at the American Pavilion. Multiple dates on the roadmap now include the United Nations, Climate Week, Tribeca, Austin, an LA Award show "The Lumens" and more to come.

The first SUREFIRE conference launched in October 2013 in Santa Monica, CA with 200 girls, from 45 schools and involved 26 organizations. We aim to showcase to girls (and their parents) all the opportunities and organizations present in a given metropolitan area -- under one tent, for one day.
