I lead the user experience design and research for Stretch, a zero-to-one effort of our first warehouse automation robot. Through on-site research of warehouse infrastructure complexity, I was able to calculate the threshold for future product market fit, create the service blueprint for robot operations, as well as identify and design solutions to improve productivity by high double digit percentages. Stretch's early-stage UI design system was rated highly in usability testing and successfully reduced design blockers despite a heavily skewed developer-to-designer ratio.

As an advisory board member, I support CUNY Techworks' mission to connect underrepresented and low-income New Yorkers to the tech sector via a no-cost bootcamp in software application development and User Experience Design. As a player-coach, I led the transition from a traditional output-based product development process toward an outcome-driven decision framework leveraging evidence-based user research. Through contextual inquiry, I successfully identified strategic growth opportunities through pivoting our core product line from a productivity-based suite of tools to growth-based features capable of achieving our users' aspirations and goals. The new features I designed were validated to increase our user engagement by more than 5x.

We successfully launched the Gemini iOS and Android mobile apps in a record 3 months from design to release. It has consistently maintained 4.5+ stars across 129k reviews.

Led the design and research for Bloomberg's Enterprise Console, our first internal web dashboard that gives in-house technology and operations teams visibility into every connected system. We grew our design team from 2 to more than 10 within the span of less than 2 years.
