About
Connector. Curator. Closer. I’m Heather Arato, a title and mortgage industry nerd with a sharp eye for inefficiencies and a deep love for compliance (yes, really. I’m a proud nerd). As the SVP of Business Development at The Einfach Group, I help title companies scale smarter, not harder, by optimizing operations, staying ahead of regulatory curveballs, and creating rock-solid partnerships that actually work. I’ve worn just about every hat in this industry and have worked in many different roles including operations, support, and leadership. I believe in leading with authenticity, showing up fully, and adding value long before a contract is signed. Whether I’m deep in curative work, brainstorming growth strategies, or speaking at industry events, I bring a healthy dose of humor, heart, and hard-earned experience to every room I walk into. Let’s connect if you want to grow, collaborate, or just need someone who gets this industry and keeps it real.
