Haoran Li

During college I was fortunate enough to complete an internship program with a member of the Texas State Senate. I worked closely with the Senator's Chief of Staff to help prepare the Senator for each session. Job responsibilities included administrative duties, constituent casework, policy research and reviewing drafts of proposed bills. In addition to the job responsibilities noted, I attended multiple events within the community representing both the Senator and the Texas Legislature.

As an Audit Senior Manager at Whitley Penn, I supervise numerous audit engagements over a wide range of industries including, but not limited to healthcare, manufacturing, energy, technology, not-for-profit organizations and employee benefit plans. I work with Whitley Penn auditors to complete audit fieldwork and assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and the accompanying audit reports. I maintain valuable relationships with my clients and serve as a source of information to them throughout the year.
