Hi, I’m Hannah Pfeifer, OTR/L, a pediatric occupational therapist, clinic owner, and passionate advocate for social-emotional development in children and teens.I’m the owner of FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Castle Rock and Parker, Colorado, family-owned clinics where our team of OTs, PTs, and SLPs work collaboratively to help kids and families build confidence, connection, and resilience through play-based, relationship-centered therapy.As a Clinical Trauma and Resilience Practitioner with advanced training in emotional regulation, anxiety treatment, and toddler behavior management, I believe that emotional intelligence is the foundation of all growth. My mission is to help kids (and the adults who love them) understand the “why” behind behavior and learn practical, brain-based strategies for thriving in everyday life.Beyond the clinic, I’m also the author of The Wild Within, a children’s book series and parent guide designed to teach emotional regulation through story, metaphor, and neuroscience.
