Don lead business development for Agora (NASDAQ: API), in Korea. Agora provides Real Time Engagement platform in many industries including AI Agent, Metaverse, Social, Entertainment, Gaming, E-commerce and Education. By using Agora SDK, developers can build embedded voice and video chat, interactive live streaming and real-time messaging in their projects. He also manages "Honest Meal" food delivery business in Incheon. You can order daily-made food (soup, entree, side dishes) and it will be magically delivered to your doorstep early next morning. He also delivers the best undiluted "Sobling" coffee manufactured in Songdo Smart Valley. He is a blogger writing about his daily life and thoughts as the 'Happy Deliveryman', which is also the title of his first book. His story is touching many people's lives through social media such as Wordpress, YouTube and X. In the past, Don was a director in non-profit government-funded Startup Accelerator, helping startups find investment and business opportunities. Under the slogan, Creative Economy, Korean government was aggressive in startup accelerating business and he was in a position to help early stage startups to go global and meet amazing people in startup ecosystem in Korea. He was in mobile gaming industry from the early days of feature phone to smartphone, publishing many games in different service platforms. He has witnessed the evolution of mobile gaming from the primitive text-based game on a brick 'dumb' phone to what you have in your hand now. He led Com2us' US business and managed key partnerships with major service platforms including Apple and Google. He also collaborated with many disruptive tech startups in mobile gaming space. He started his sales career in IBM Korea as a software sales representative to sell IBM Embedded Software including Java Virtual Machine and Voice Recognition to enterprise accounts including Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics in Korea. And it all started from an email to a Scottish mobile game startup, Digital Bridges, when he was a university student, which led him to become their business development representative in Korea.
