Scaled Generative AI fairness testing though optimized ethical review workflows for 400+ requests, automated AI Red Teaming program operations to double engagement, and streamlined project communication, tracking key milestones and refining plans to drive continuous improvement.

• Managed program strategy, process, and delivery for 60,000 university stakeholders on a team of two. • Drove 50% increase in program capacity by designing and piloting new procedures for standards development and implementation, risk/harm management protocols, and case management SOPs. • Managed all aspects of data, record keeping, budget and program evaluation. • Facilitated monthly sessions for working groups to identify developmental opportunities, moderate decision making, uncover success barriers, and develop stakeholder buy-in for core institutional stakeholders. • Led over 35 sessions of quarterly leadership, communication, and conflict skills training for 450+ clients, implementing restorative conflict resolution practices for cross-functional teams, receiving high qualitative feedback and referrals.

• Developed and managed the scope of project deliverables, milestones, resources, and communication across 11 functional teams. Successfully led the center’s expansion efforts with strategic engagement projects, effective communication channels, and implementation of feedback from working groups. • Facilitated quarterly stakeholder meetings to ensure accountability and alignment with key project timelines. • Onboarded 20 affinity-based organizations through a training program on topics targeted to improve facilitation skills, engagement, support, and relationships; delivered virtually and in person through a trauma-informed lens. • Lead a 6 day diversity, equity, justice, and inclusion institute for three organizations alongside internal and external partners, followed by 10 weekly workshops for 200+ college community stakeholders. Developed curriculum and training to build leadership capacity in social/cultural identity and dialogue across differences. • Utilized remote-first tools like Google Suite, Slack and Zoom to track projects, monitor success metrics and maintain engagement with direct teams. Planned 8 monthly curated events and outreach efforts to external partner organizations. Managed, allocated, and tracked a $100k budget.

• Collaborated with IC director to plan, organize and delegate tasks for Fall IC initiatives including Heritage Month celebrations, semester launch and keynote events, fall staff retreat, and more. • Assessed 2018-2019 intern reports and performance to hire student interns as well as revise intern training, programming, and intern team structure for ‘19-’20 academic year.

• Oversee application process for peer advisors including application materials and interview logistics for 50+ applicants. • Conduct candidate interviews with program coordinators and serve as the sole student on the deliberation committee. • Organize and facilitate 3-hour orientation for 20+ candidates and current peer advisors to envision future programming.

• Compile three years of data to measure and analyze the effectiveness of the diversity and inclusion initiatives on campus • Conduct trauma-informed research in order to apply results to campus-wide policies. • Collaborate with the Women’s Resource, Black Cultural, and Intercultural Centers to assure accessibility and inclusion.

• Plan and deliver semesterly academic mentorship programming for marginalized identities on campus, including low-income, first generation, and/or BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, people of color). • Serve as a residential academic mentor to 40 students. Assist students with course and major selections and facilitate communications with stakeholders including students, professors, and deans. • Provide tutoring hours monthly at major libraries as well as the Women's Resource Center.

Selected as one of three by Swarthmore College to participate in Stanford University's University Innovation Fellowship. The Fellowship is a rigorous design-thinking training program that prepares students to become "agents of change" at their schools. • Successfully completed 6-week training focused on innovation and design thinking • Specialize in design thinking, entrepreneurship strategies, and diversity and inclusion in entrepreneurial and start-up communities • Work in a team of three or more to improve innovation & entrepreneurship ecosystem on campus • Facilitate design thinking workshops to support student groups with ideation and implementation of initiatives • Petitioned the Social Innovation Lab to provide need-based funding for all students to pursue entrepreneurial endeavors

• Compiled 40+ community health assessments from hospitals, clinics, and health related NGOs as part of a 5 year strategic planning process. Presented results to the City of Philadelphia Department of Health. • Taught a 10 week course on teen dating violence to 35 high school students and conducted surveys to assess and determine effectiveness. Utilized data to revise curriculum for future workshops. • Organized the 2018 National Coalition of Black Women's Domestic Violence Summit with over 150 in attendance and facilitated youth programs.

• Designed a 10-week beginner and intermediate English language curriculum in collaboration with the Language Instructor Supervisor. • Taught 12 masters and doctorate level students conversational as well as academic English in order to present their research abroad.

• Built in collaboration with local stakeholders the second startup location in Mumbai. • Facilitated a social innovation hackathon with community stakeholders to investigate issues affecting local slum communities in order to develop and implement scalable and sustainable solutions. • Conducted interviews for mini-documentary to use as marketing collateral for Y-Center.
