Liaise with clients on all quality issues in the absence of the QA/QC Manager. Assist QA/QC Manager in implementing quality practise at site. Planning and coordinate daily inspection with clients and consultant to follow production schedule. Carry out QC inspections at every stage of inspection mainly pre pour inspection and post pour inspection documented in the project quality plan. Ensure proper implementation of project quality plan on site through constants audits. Produced promising Monthly Report on the quality performances of projects. To handle, coordinate and monitor all necessary action and documentation for audit by authorities including projects audit and batching plant audit. To monitor quality of fresh concrete production including troubleshoot the quality arises. To handle, closely monitor, and manage all quality matter of batching plant including cube management, raw material’s test, equipment calibration, and Batching plant calibration. Oversee, train and lead subordinates in achieving quality objectives. Performed any other adhoc duties that assigned by the Management.

Monitor, coordinate, report and follow through works progress of the given stations and shaft closely. Coordinated progress monitoring and approval documentation for MRT underground station and shaft works. Liaised with consultants, authorities, and multidisciplinary teams to expedite technical approvals. Assisted in preparation of construction progress reports for regulatory submission.
