As the leader of supply chain operations for Careem Market's dark store grocery chain in Saudi Arabia, I oversee the end-to-end processes of demand planning, supply planning, and logistics management. I take pride in driving the localization and seamless implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring operational efficiency and inventory optimization for successful store launches. Managing a diverse portfolio of over +10,000 SKUs, I utilize ABC classification and address shelf-life constraints to minimize wastage while guaranteeing consistent product availability. By collaborating closely with the commercial team, I execute effective storage and replenishment strategies, maintaining the highest quality standards for fresh and perishable products. Through my efforts, I strive to deliver exceptional operational outcomes that support the overall growth and success of the business.

I led the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring seamless alignment between sales, production, and inventory teams for optimal resource utilization. By managing cross-functional teams during monthly S&OP meetings, I drove demand forecasting and production planning initiatives. My ability to analyze market trends and sales data significantly improved forecasting accuracy and enhanced operational efficiency. Additionally, I collaborated closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to synchronize efforts on product launches and promotional activities, fostering a cohesive approach to achieving business objectives.

Working in the biggest Supply Chain in Asia as the central hub of all promotional demand activities built my expertise in this field, excelled in handling all the pressure of this position and was able to coordinate the work between Supply Chain and all the other departments in Panda. Leading 3 teams: Promo price updating team, Promo coordination team and Promo reports team always trying to improve the Promo department and enhance the team's efficiency.
